By accessing or using the Flexteem website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Flexteem provides HIPAA-compliant virtual assistant services to dental and healthcare practices. Our services include but are not limited to scheduling, insurance verification, billing, call handling, patient follow-ups, and administrative support. All services are performed by trained virtual assistants who work remotely.

3. Free Trial Terms

We offer a 14-day free trial of our services. No credit card is required to start the trial. During the trial period, you will have full access to our services. At the end of the trial, you may choose to continue at our standard rates or discontinue without any obligation or charge. You may cancel the trial at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services start at $8 per hour. All rates are clearly communicated before you engage our services. There are no setup fees, no hidden costs, and no long-term contracts. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Flexteem website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Flexteem or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexteem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flexteem and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your use of our services at any time with no penalty. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. HIPAA and Confidentiality

Flexteem is committed to protecting the privacy and security of protected health information (PHI). All virtual assistants are HIPAA-trained, and we execute Business Associate Agreements with all healthcare clients. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard PHI.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services.
